The place was mind-blowing! The common areas and outdoors space were super comfortable and relaxing. Everything was amazingly clean and looked brand new. The ambiance was homey and the staircase felt great to walk on. The garden was a jaw-dropping haven, and the hot-tub/bath in the room was pure magic and incredibly relaxing. The location was perfect, with the beach and great restaurants nearby, and easy access to public transportation. The host even helped me with my racebike routes. Wi-Fi, picnic area, laundry, flat-screen TV, shared kitchen. Definitely a top-notch experience!

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating and a study table inside the room. Its location was good, not far from local shops, bus stops, sea and mountains and cafes with local people...
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

com. The room was massive, with a comfortable bed, fridge, and stylish decor. The kitchen and garden were huge and there was a zen feel to the whole place. The staff were lovely and the location was secluded but close to the beach and supermarket. I slept like a baby and will definitely treat myself to this excellent place again.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

A lovely haven with a beautiful garden and spacious communal rooms. The room with the hot tub was the real draw for me. Magic. Very relaxing. Loved it. Doesn't feel like you're in the city center. The beach is very close-by, as are beautiful restaurants, supermarket, etc. Modern and stylish.
Sometimes have to wait to get into bathrooms, but it was not a big problem. Room could do with a little mirror and a lamp near the bed.

stayed at a lovely homestay in Malaga, but Barbatuke exceeded all expectations! Walk to the sea, free bikes, and friendly staff were amazing. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a relaxing garden made it a perfect stay. Will definitely go back!
No bathroom mirror, needs a lamp.

I had a wonderful stay at a spacious and clean house called Barbatuke. It is perfect for those looking for a break from chatty backpackers and solo travelers, as it is oriented towards groups. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. the breakfast had a great variety, with delicious hams, cheeses, bread, fruit. The house had a cozy and calm atmosphere, making it feel like a real home for lone travelers and groups. Cons: Can't think of anything 😊.

The rooms at Barbatuke Eco-Homestel were just perfect for us trekkers! They varied in size, offering 2, 4, and 6 beds, which was great for our group. I especially loved the elegant furnishings in each room, making it feel cozy and inviting. And let's not forget the balcony and/or terrace in some units - a lovely bonus!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the in-room WiFi. It could have been faster and more reliable.

I got great value for my money at this homestel! The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt like I had everything I needed. The location was peaceful and close to the beach, perfect for morning strolls. The staff, especially Kristina, Marcia, Carmen, and Jhuan, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home.
The morning meal could have been better with more options.
